Design Approval and Liability
It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review and approve all designs and proofs before production begins. Once a design is approved by the customer, Signs Xpress Plus of Houston is not liable for any errors, mistakes, or omissions that may occur, whether due to customer oversight or typographical issues.

After design approval, any further changes to the project may incur additional charges or may not be possible, depending on the stage of production. The customer is liable for any extra charges or reprints if changes are requested after approval.

Design Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all design elements, including spelling, logos, colors, and text, are accurate before final approval. Once the design is approved, Signs Xpress Plus of Houston is not liable for any errors that were missed during this approval process.

After design approval, any further changes to the project may incur additional charges or may not be possible, depending on the stage of production. The customer is liable for any extra charges or reprints if changes are requested after approval.

Final Sale Items
All items and services featured on our Deals Page and any purchases made online or in-store as part of a promotion, deal, or special offer are final sale. These items are non-returnable, non-refundable, have no cash value, and are not exchangeable. Once a promotion has been applied or a deal is purchased, there will be no exceptions to this policy.

Ownership Clause
All signage and related materials installed by Signs Xpress Plus of Houston remain the sole property of Signs Xpress Plus of Houston until full payment for the entire project has been received. The customer acknowledges and agrees that they do not have ownership rights to, or any legal claim over, any installed signage or equipment until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

In the event of non-payment, Signs Xpress Plus of Houston reserves the right to remove or reclaim any installed items without further notice.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any updates.
